At Steven Lawrence Plumbing Ltd, all our workmanship is properly and fully insured. We are registered GasSafe (a legal requirement to work on gas related repairs or installations) and, when required, we only use qualified electricians - one of the team is fully qualified and registered.

The Gas Safety Regulations 1998 describe the duties of a landlord that ensure gas appliances, fittings and fixtures are safe for tenants use. We are happy to provide this check as part of our services, thus ensuring you meet your legal requirements
WC’s, cisterns, showers, blockages, gas boilers, leaky taps; you name it, we can fix it.
Whilst we carry out all of the plumbing aspect of a project, we recognise tiling to be a skilled profession and not 'just something the plumber does at the end".Therefore, we only use a skilled tiler to carry out this work.
We can design and install all bespoke shower requirements from power showers to complete wet rooms*.
We ensure that all drainage, ventilation and sealing are appropriate to the installation.
* If you are registered disabled, it is highly likely that this work can be carried out without VAT, saving you 20%
We provide Free Estimates and simple fault finding reports (for the basis of insurance quotes). Where an investigation needs significant detail, a charge will be made. POA.
Emergency out of hours call-outs are charged at £120 plus VAT for the first ½ hour, £60 plus VAT per ½ hour thereafter.
Day time call-out are £60 plus VAT for the first ½ hour, £35 per ½ hour thereafter.
We endeavour to fix any problems as part of the call-out.
We don’t charge you and just come out and turn the water off if the problem can be fixed.
