Steven Lawrence Plumbing Ltd is a small team that caters for all your plumbing and heating requirements. Offering a wealth of expert knowledge and professional expertise, our services range from fixing leaking taps to complete bathroom refurbishment and installation. We regularly work with other local trades to provide you with a complete service to include design, tiling and flooring.

Established for over 20 years in Fleet, Hampshire, we pride ourselves on customer service. All your plumbing and heating requirements carried out to the highest standards. We are unlikely to be the cheapest, but we give an honest appraisal and we don't take short cuts. Any problems and we come back, no questions.
At Steven Lawrence Plumbing Ltd, all our workmanship is properly and fully insured. We are registered GasSafe (a legal requirement to work on gas related repairs or installations) and, when required, we only use qualified electricians - one of the team is fully qualified and registered.
Covering Fleet and all the surrounding towns and villages, our high level of service, reliability and professionalism is reflected in our repeat customers and long-standing client base. We are "old school" so tend to view bathrooms practically and functionally. We do however recognise that modern living means there are many of you who want your bathroom to be a haven in which to relax in a stylish setting. Boilers
It's our job to keep your boiler going but, if there comes the time when it needs replacing, we will advise you of that. That assessment will be honest. A new energy efficient boiler will be a great investment in your home, saving you significant heating bills every year, but also ensuring that your family or tenants are safe and comfortable too.
Central Heating
Full service and repairs, upgrades and installation of central heating systems to the highest standards.
Gas Installations
Whether it's a new cooker, hob or boiler we will ensure our qualified staff carry out the installation safely and correctly. You can sleep easy on that one.
Hot Water Cylinders

Power Flushing
Radiators
Repairs, upgrades and installation of thermostatic radiator valves (TRV’s). Environmentally friendly, the replacement of manual heating control with a TRV will result in a significant reduction of CO2 emissions, as well as being a simple and cost-effective solution with associated energy savings.
Power flushing the system will revive circulation and increase the efficiency to your central heating system, saving you money and prolonging the life of your boiler.
As a landlord, by law you are responsible for the safety of your tenants. The Gas Safety Regulations 1998 describe the duties of a landlord that ensure gas appliances, fittings and fixtures are safe for tenants use. We are happy to provide this check as part of our services, thus ensuring you meet your legal requirements
Repairs
WC’s, cisterns, showers, blockages, gas boilers, leaky taps; you name it, we can fix it.
Tiling
Whilst we carry out all of the plumbing aspect of a project, we recognise tiling to be a skilled profession and not 'just something the plumber does at the end".Therefore, we only use a skilled tiler to carry out this work.
Showers
We can design and install all bespoke shower requirements from power showers to complete wet rooms*.
We ensure that all drainage, ventilation and sealing are appropriate to the installation.
* If you are registered disabled, it is highly likely that this work can be carried out without VAT, saving you 20%
Call-Out Charges
We provide Free Estimates and simple fault finding reports (for the basis of insurance quotes). Where an investigation needs significant detail, a charge will be made. POA.
Emergency out of hours call-outs are charged at £130 plus VAT for the first ½ hour, £70 plus VAT per ½ hour thereafter.
Day time call-out are £60 plus VAT for the first ½ hour, £35 per ½ hour thereafter.
We endeavour to fix any problems as part of the call-out.
We don’t charge you and just come out and turn the water off if the problem can be fixed.
